Friends,
Those of you who’ve been following Zeh LeZeh over the months will recall the blog we posted about Shelhaveth’s new Jerusalem-based “Significant Other” program, one that reaches out to adults with disabilities and helps them prepare themselves for a loving relationship.
This article, which ran in the Jerusalem Post last week, features several participants in the workshop. It’s the impact this program has on their attitudes, their hopes and their dreams, that tells the story best. Their experience is a potent reminder of both the humanity we have in common and our sacred calling to make sure all of us can live up to our fullest potential.

Great article. Inclusion of people with disabilites in all aspects of life is so important. People with disabilities of all ages need to know that a full live awaits them if they go for it.
Jay, I find all your articles so enlightening and educational.
